Ooredoo, leading digital telco in Myanmar, wanted to launch new version of Ooredoo SuperApp 9.1 along with “Shake Lite” gamification feature which give new downloader of version 9.1 a chance to play and win multiple prizes.

As the Digital Account Manager at Starcom, I was responsible for designing and executing cross-channel app install campaigns, covering the entire full funnel from (TOFU) to (BOFU). This involved utilizing social 360, display max, local ad networks, Universal App Campaigns (UAC), and programmatic rich media. I scaled up acquisition campaigns based on mobile measurement partner (MMP) attribution data, ensuring the maximization of app installs while maintaining the lowest cost per install (CPI).
